Fix small percentage bug

- Graphs to show your speed at answering meaning and reading questions throughout a review session (with compatibility for the double-check script)
- A graph to show the total time taken for each item in the review session
- Small fixes which will make the percentages slightly more accurate (the first answer wasn't being properly counted in everything)
