works perfectly, thank you! the only inconsistency is the "verified" button with an X logo, but to be fair i don't know what else you're really meant to do with that without removing the button all together.

Showing the X logo there is intentional. Twitter replaced the original verified logo with the X, and the userscript was not specific enough, so it replaced it with the bird logo.

Hiding the button is also possible with userstyles. There are several options:

1. A small userstyle Twitter: hide Verified in sidebar just for that.
2. It's one of the features of the big userstyle deMuskify Twitter 𝕏 → 🐦 Bring bird logo back.
3. It's one of the features of the big userscript Control Panel for Twitter.
