Fixed an issue where the redirect no longer worked - Thanks @wavedash!

• Added nitter.poast.org instance (and switched to it for the time being because nitter.net appears to be having some SSL issues)
• Removed unofficialbird.com, it appears the domain is no longer online.

Added support for x.com, though you will still be send back to twitter.com. Changed namespace to point to Github, as I plan to post all my userscripts there. Removed comments.

Fix: Don't run the script in embedded tweets.

Changed the readme.
