Allows you to create custom themes for woomy
Please be aware that theme names cannot conflict with builtins or woomy themes.
To make a theme, create a theme at Road's arras.io theme maker and then import the theme code in woomy.
Although themes save between sessions, they won't be enabled by default. This is something I am looking into but is not a high priority.
