A few usability tweaks for Asura.gg / AsuraScans.com:

  • removed ads and blank spaces between images.
  • support for left/right arrows and A/D to navigate between chapters.
  • inertial drag scrolling (Is it better than using your mouse wheel? no. But I like it anyway.)
  • less/no waiting for a chapter to load (aggressive image loading + prefetching of next chapter.)
  • bookmarks now track the last chapter read and show you which series have new chapters to read.
  • collapse related series and comments (can be shown with a button)
  • add bookmark page fallback because that pages fails to load quite a bit.
  • remove a few useless items in chapter pages (SEO nonsense and social media links.)
  • decorate series card in bookmarks, search and related feeds with a badge showing how many unread chapters there are.
  • add a "Continue Reading" button on main series pages.
