Added the ability for it to read more than one page from the manager per category, code refactor to remove duplication
Added the stored pip - this will appear if you mark an item as "stored" under the "various" section of the ordered information. It's intended use is to mark items that are stored at a proxy, but can be used for whatever you like :).
