This user script adds a large bundle of mods into one package, allowing for an enhanced gaming experience. For fairness, it doesn't include auto-heal or instant-killing features, however, for all the great features this script offers, you could easily argue that it makes up for the lack of auto-heal and instant kill.
FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
Why does the mod not work?
This Utility mod is designed specifically to work with Google Chrome on Windows on a laptop... because that's exactly what I'm using to develop this script. This script may work with other browsers, the script may work on Mac, Linux, and other operating systems and it might even work on your phone, tablet, or even smart TV, but I can't guarantee it will because I can't test it.
I won't be making support either, however, I do plan on making the GitHub repository for this user script public for people to add to the code, so perhaps someone will be nice enough to go through the code and add support for other browsers, devices & operating systems but unfortunately, that person will not be me.
Other than that, it's possible the script doesn't work because it's not up-to-date with MooMoo.io, if this happens just contact me and let me know.
If none of the above apply to you, again, contact me and let me know of the issue you're having and I'll try to fix it.
Will this script inject ads?
All ads are removed from the game by default. However, at the bottom of the settings in the mod card, you'll find the option to "Enable Ads" and by doing so, you'll restore all removed ads and replace them with new ads that support the developer and all who contributed to the project. This script will not (and physically can not) inject ads into any website other than moomoo.io and the script will only do so, if you enable it to do so at the bottom of settings.
What is a mini mod?
I use 'mod' and 'mini mod' pretty much interchangeably and thus can be confusing, so let me explain what I mean when I use the two terms.
An example of a 'mod' would be this entire user script, a bundle of lines of code which modify a website or application. The term "mini mods", I use to refer to mods (recap: lines of code which modify a website or application) that are within a mod and hence rely on the mod to be running to run for the mini mod to run.
For instance, you could say:
The 'Scroll Mod' is a mini mod, that allows players to scroll through items on their hotbar using their mouse wheel. But to use that feature you must install the 'Utility Mod' mod in order to use it.
Now, if you noticed, in that example I included the word "Mod" in the names of both the mini mod and mod, this is for two reasons:- The term "mod" takes up less space and doesn't include a 'space' character, unlike "mini mod", and therefore looks nicer to read in some cases.
- Depending on the context, one could easily understand that the "UI Mod" is a mini mod. An example of such context would be when you're selecting for mini mods in the main menu.
To conclude, not only does "Mod Selector" look nicer and takes up less space, but since you're already using the Utility Mod, when you're asked to select a "mod"... well, what other mod could be other than the mini mods? The mods within the mod.Can I use parts of the code in my user script?
Sure! Use as much of this script as you want, I've actually tried to make the code somewhat easy to understand, mainly to allow people to do just that!.
I'm always looking to improve this script, so if you do decide to make your own with some elements of mine, let me know what you removed, changed, and/or added, and I might just update this script to include that change!
However, this script has a license. In short, for any public user script that uses some of my code, the user script should not include any auto-heal or instant-kill features, and the script must also state any changes made and use the same license as this one. I will be requesting takedowns of scripts that include the two aforementioned features or are exact replicas of my script.
Click me to read the full license.
How do I use the script?
It's simple! First, install the script by clicking on the green install button, right here:.

If you already have Tampermonkey, click the 'install' button, if not... add the Tampermonkey chrome extension.
After that, actually using the script is easy! Just open moomoo.io and the script will be enabled.
Wait for the game to load, when it does you should see a small card/panel on the left that allows you to select what mini-mods you want to use - some may be enabled by default, you can click on the '✖' icon to delete them. If you don't see this, ask for help.
After selecting the mini-mods you want to use, select your name, server, colour and enter the game!.
What are the requirements for using this script? Will it work on Safari, Opera, or Firefox? Can I use other scripts?
Honestly, I'm not sure. However, this user script expects that you are playing the game on a Windows laptop or computer, using the google chrome browser, with the Tampermonkey extension installed. With that being said, you may be able to play on MacOS, or perhaps your phone, using Greasemonkey or even on the old Internet Explorer browser... but be aware that the script will be completely untested for those use cases.
Support for the sandbox version of the game, may be limited.
It is unlikely this script will work well with other moomoo.io scripts, this is due to the strict in-game tracking that is used to make the script work. To explain, the script records a number of actions that occur in the game. For example, say you have 11 wood. The in-built tracking will know that now you decide to place a wood wall (which costs 10 wood), you now have 1 wood left, and again the in-built tracking knows that. But, if for example, you use another script that changes how you place blocks. This script won't be able to track that, so even after placing the wood wall and having 1 wood left, this user script will continue to think you have 11 wood.
The above hypothetical isn't actually true, the script will know you have 1 wood as opposed to 11 in that situation (due to how resource tracking works), but I hope it explains why using other scripts may not be a good idea. The script tracks many things: resources, blocks placed, chat messages sent and received, how much health you have, and more - in short, there's a lot to be messed up by installing other scripts that may interfere with the in-game tracking.
What does each mini-mod do?
UI Mod - Adds & removes UI elements to provide information, enhanced gameplay, and/or to look nicer.
Scroll Mod - Simply allows you to scroll through your items on your hotbar using your mouse wheel, as opposed to 1-9 keys or click.
More coming soon.
Why is there no auto-heal or instant kill feature?
Good question, the short answer: it's annoying. TigerYT, the script author made the MooMoo.io Insane Mod! user script in 2017, it was one of the first to include such features but most importantly one of a small few that was downloaded over 100,000 times. Now, you may think this is a great thing, however, in reality, it just makes the game much more... toxic? I mean, there was a time when if you didn't have a script with auto-heal you'd be killed after just three minutes of playing the game - that's not an exaggeration, I went on number servers and played the game timing how long it'd take for me to be killed and it averaged out to be three minutes... and that's not including sandbox mode.
I don't know about you, but that's just not fun! I want to have a fair fight without using such OP features and that's why I made this one. It doesn't offer auto-heal or instant kill nor does it prove an "anti-auto-heal or anti-instant kill" but it offers enough useful features that one could say it rivals the two.
In case you're wondering, why I made the Insane Mod in the first place, it's simply because I wanted to make a project that would help me understand the use of JavaScript, a programming language, which would therefore further my career as a Developer. There was no malicious intent to help people hack the game, it was more of a "Hey! Look at this script I made, with a bit of code you can do this!" - in fact, I never actually used the Insane mod! I mean... except for testing purposes, I usually play without scripts or personal scripts that add minor features like simply just "Better Minimap".
What can bots do?
Yeah, there are bots. This script uses bots to explore the map and record the locations of any and all trees, gold mines, players, etc. You'll also be able to control them and see their inventory and how many resources they have in order to use them to place items for you when you've reached your item cap. If you have the hand tool, you can also steal resources from the or kill them to take half their gold. This also means, you'll be able to command all the bots to do certain tasks, e.g: "gather gold" or "gather wood" and it'll find the nearest gold mine or tree and start mining, waiting for you to use the grabber or you can just make the bot place windmills, walls, etc for you to break and take the resources.
... I'll be updating this FAQ with questions I get from the Feedback tab.
All MooMoo.io Utility Mod Features
The MooMoo.io Utility Mod currently includes:
Better Minimap
This feature replaces the original minimap with a "better" minimap that displays the four terrains; snow, plains, river, and desert.
Scrolling through items on your hotbar
This feature replaces the original minimap with a "better" minimap that displays the four terrains; snow, plains, river, and desert.
Loading bar
I've grown sick and tired of the "Loading..." message you see when you open the game. It just lasts way too long! So, in this script, I added a little animation to the Loading message, as well as a percentage and loading bar which uses the maximum loading time from your previous 5 runs of moomoo.io as the cap. For example, if you opened moomoo.io 5 times, and 4/5 times took exactly 5 seconds to load, but one time it took 10 times to load. The next time you open moo moo, the maximum loading time will be 10 seconds.
And with that being said, it doesn't actually use "time" or "seconds", the script counts the different parts of the website (internally, you won't see anything) that are loaded, so it's a bit more accurate and more realistic. However, this number varies per game load because sometimes your computer will process things faster, sometimes slower so I use the maximum "time" as mentioned above.
Custom Shop
This feature replaces the current shop with a better one, allowing you to sort through all the hats and accessories available in the game with ease. No scrolling necessary and fully categorised.
Hats & Accessories Hotbar
One of the tools hackers have that provide them a very large advantage above 'the rest of us' is that they have hotkeys, well I added a hotkeys to this mod, but sometimes there are just not enough keys to bind to the hats and accessories you may use, so that's why I've designed & developed a hotbar specifically for the hats & accessories you currently own.
Simply displays all the hats & accessories you own, and allows you to equip/unequip any one of them with the click of a button.
Hotkeys
Pretty self explanatory, you can now bind all your favourites hats, accessories and items to keys.
You may see the word 'Denied' when you try to bind certain keys. This happens because either the game or the chrome browser, already had hotkeys that override this keybind. For example; 'CTRL+P' won't work because that's the hotkey for printing the page but 'SHIFT+P' will work fine, similarly 'W' won't work because that's the button used to move up in the game.
Here's the banned keys list:
"w", "a", "s", "d", "1", "2", "3", "4", "5", "6", "7", "8", "9", "e", "q", "x", "r", "c", "enter", "escape", " "
"control" + "w", "e", "r", "t", "u", "o", "p", "s", "d", "f", "h", "j", "k", "l", "n"
"alt" + "f", "e", "d"
- "shift" has no banned keys tied to it.
Click through GUIs
You may be wondering "what's a GUI", you know when you open the shop in MooMoo.io? That's what I'm referring to here.
This feature allows is so you can still control your player while these GUIs are open.
The MooMoo.io Utility Mod may include in the future:
(these are 'ideas', some may be too much effort to implement / some may be deemed "too OP" for this mod - but all are possible)
Typing indicator
As you type, you send like `...` loading animation.
Name & Colour Presets
Store last used name and skin colour or just store certain presets and have like a preset loader, or set a default preset.
Fellow mod users detector
Shows a notice whenever a player with this mod shows up.
Mark any resources you walk past
Marks any resource walk past on the minimap.
Mark all items placed in game, on the map
Marks all items placed on the minimap.
Mark position before a teleport
Just before being teleported, mark current position.
Create and control bots
Create and control bots - this is possible, but probably too OP for a mod like this.
Control bots to place items for you
Mines, saplings, teleporters - self explanatory, but probably too OP for a mod like this.
Auto-heal for all bots
It's mentioned quite a few times that auto-heal will not be a feature of this user script... however, auto heal for bots is an exception because they can't exactly fight back (they can, but not well, at all). This allows them to be more useful as they don't die so easily, whilst not being too OP.
Mark any resources a bot walks past
As bots move around, it marks any and all resources for you on your minimap - but probably too OP for a mod like this.
Some sort of anti-instant kill
If an insta-kill attack comes, try and defend against it.
Assisted Healing
As mentioned a number of times, this script will not feature auto heal... however, in a fight against users with instant kill mods, without very fast reactions, you won't be able to survive. Usuaully this'd be fine, but the issue lies that the player can instantly kill you with the press of a button, but you need; to react to their attacks, switch your food item, eat it, switch back, eat it, and repeat until you have full health, all while trying to run away or fight back and in the small interval between each of their instant killing attacks - that's quite unfair. So to combat this, this script will feature 'assisted heal'.
Assisted heal is a feature that allows you to auto heal, but only while holding a certain key (e.g; Q).
Show the range you can hit
For both melee and ranged - self explanatory.
Show the range other players can hit
For both melee and ranged - self explanatory.
Show the range turrets can hit
Self explanatory.
Display whether item can be placed or not
Self explanatory.
Tracers
Shows the direction of nearby enemies and resources - draws a line towards the world object.
Breadcrumbs
Shows where you've been - permanent, but high density places (as in your home base), will have the line fade out a bit.
Show keys pressed
I think the key press should show up on screen, and fade up and away, but like in a vertical line, so if multiple keypresses occur, you'll see vertical list of them, and they fade away in chronological order after like 3-5 seconds.
Freecam
You can move the game camera without moving your real body, kind like some sort of "ghost body". or Out-of-body Experience.
Curse bypass
Allows you to swear in chat.
Force connect
Allows you to join servers which are full.
Remove grid
Literally just removes the grid.
Texture Packs
You'll have the ability to make your own and browse for pre-made ones.
Zoom In/Out
Self-explanatory.
Custom Skin Colours
Allows you to wear custom skin colours - probably won't work server-side.
Proximity Chat
A permanent log/history of chat from nearby players, including players. A chatbox just like in basically any other game.
Displays numbers of players that are nearby
Self-explanatory.
Leaderboards (between other Utility Mod users)
Self-explanatory (but can also show more than just 10 players).
User Accounts
If the mod is popular enough, I can set-up a database, and have preset account, persistent chatbox conversations, saved highscores, etc. Even like custom skins (unique no-effect hats, skin 'patterns', etc).
Previous game history
Show the score & resources that the player had in the previous game, perhaps the items placed too, peak clan size, all items, hats & accessories obtained, etc.
Continue holding item
When you place a block, it auto-switches to your last-used weapon, this minimod would switch it bad (or prevent the switch in the first place).
The MooMoo.io Utility Mod will not include:
Auto Heal
Every time you take damage, you immediately heal
Instant Kill
With a click of button, you take multiple actions to deal an abnormally high amount of damage in an abnormally short amonut of time.
