further enhancements for Kuro5hin.org

This is intended as a killfile for kuro5hin.org. Some of the features no longer (or possibly never did) work. In particular, hiding diary entries in the main Diary page is broken, likewise the automatic hide/show. Killfiling user accounts with space characters also seems problematic.
As currently configured it hides posts and diaries from two users, one of whom has many duplicate accounts.
