Added CSS fix for the non-highlighted subscribe and like buttons due to a bug change in the new late 2024 update.

Bug fix for chip bar items bring broken.

Re-added the config flags before 5.0.0 version (but some of the modifications were set as 'true' for the buttons due to YouTube's action buttons issue back in December 2023), and also we removed the code to remove rounded corners on watch page side panel (which would be included in the CSS tweaks userstyle).
