Adds genre, theme, and demographics filters to the header in the form of a dropdown menu.
Only works on anime and manga lists that use "modern" templates. Support for "classic" templates is definitely possible but I'm not an actual developer and I'm lazy. Sorry about that.
The script has been completely rewritten. It now inserts a dropdown menu into the top right corner of the page (under or next to "Viewing Username's/Your Anime/Manga List") that includes every available genre/theme/demographic. Once one of them has been selected and submitted, the current page will reload with the corresponding filter applied. If another "genre" parameter is already present in the URL, it will be replaced. I'm pretty sure MAL only supports one of these at a time.
