Adds a Local TODO list to the top right of the header bar.
This adds a TODO list to the game, neatly placed in a button on the header, next to the "Force Save" button.
The list is per save slot, and stored in the browsers localStorage. Do note, this does not mean that these tasks are tied to an actual save, just the actual slot.
You can drag the items, click them to mark them complete, or delete them by clicking on the X.
the list will overflow after a certain length, but you can scroll through the tasks.
when dragging the tasks around, if you drag to the top or bottom, it will scroll the list for you.
