-added favicon support for Video search

NOTE: Google is rolling out support for favicons. This script is no longer required if you got this search update.

Google has not, however, added favicons for Video search. So, you can still use this userscript for Video search. This version will detect existing favicons and prevent them from showing up twice on regular search.

-optimize code

-fixed icons not showing on ads

-now supports Google Search's regional domains (google.fr, google.co.uk, google.de, etc...)
-link spacing is fixed
-icon size can be increased. change the "iconSize" Setting inside the script from 16 to 24
-better domain URL detection
