Adds the following as selectable fandom options from the bins and at the bottom of a tag's edit page:
Some minor quality-of-life improvements from the Fandom Assignment Shortcuts script: removes duplicate fandoms in the list, and allows this script to run on UF bins too (other script is restricted to just unwrangled bins.)
