Tanki online battle chat restored and improved by 0xE3
Since tanki online has removed the battle chat due to their inability to moderate comments about the war going on in Ukraine i've decided to set up my own chat server and make a plugin to bring battle chat back to this game in an attempt to save this game from completely dying.
