Force focus and blur colors for PWA title bars
This script will change PWA titlebars to have the focus/blur colors you want instead of the PWA defined theme colors. It will install handlers to watch for window focus/blur events and change the color accordingly. It will not work with some PWAs that actively modify the theme on their own (Spotify) and will only install the handlers if the PWA has defined the meta theme-color.
