Added code to remove from home page and subscriptions page, and remove the link to Shorts from the sidebar. Also removes "shelf-renderer" elements from the page now that have a title containing "Shorts".
Replaced manual MutationObserver with use of arrive.js instead, also added Explore tab to the list of included URLs
