Added the new entity sublist filtering (direct descendants or all) campaign setting and the Stats page to settings suggestions.

Removed the link to the full search page now that it has been updated and expanded in the base app and is available by default.

• Domain matching updated to *.kanka.io
• Fixed base URLs to all settings, and updated a few that had been renamed (including Bookmarks, Premium, etc.)

• The numerous settings that come up when searching for "theme" are now better differentiated
• Setting search results now show in a list for easier parsing, since the new search panel provides ample room :)

Remember to re-apply your search settings after updating, if you don't use the defaults!

• Fixed the links going to the campaign's Edit form in settings search
• Added a link to the new theme builder (color palette) under campaign styles
• Added "rename" to search keywords for the Modules page

Remember to back up and reapply your preferences regarding settings search!

A few improvements specifically for the settings search feature:

• Updated several links that no longer matched current Kanka URLs.
• Added a few page and setting suggestions, and additional keywords to help find existing ones.
• Fixed a bug where suggestions would not be removed when your query no longer matched anything (e.g. if you typed "#fes", and "fe" matched 2 pages but "fes" matched 0, you would continue to see the 2 results for "fe").

Make sure to update your settings after updating the script if you don’t use the defaults =)

Updated for compatibility with the new search pane in Kanka 1.40. Prompts will now show before Kanka’s own results.

• The search field now suggests links to campaign or user settings that match your query. By default, requires a special character to trigger; see description for instructions and details.
