Kanka 2.0 compatibility update:

• Updated targeting rules to properly activate the script and find where to add the button.
• Updated the button’s and dropdown’s styling to match current themes.
• Updated the auto-expand function for links to collapsed posts.
• Prevented "top" links from toggling posts when clicked.

• Automatically opens collapsed posts when jumping to them.
• Improved visibility of dropdown options on non-default themes.

• Fixed a bug that added all level-3 headings of a post to its title in the dropdown.

• Dropdown menu now aligns with the right side of the button to avoid going off-screen.
• Minor CSS changes, including a font fix when viewing campaigns you are not a member of.
