Adds a button to download video from a tweet

Allows you to view and download twitter Videos/GIFs in highest quality. If you open up a tweet, there's a download button to the right of the tweet's Share button. The button is a direct link to the video URL and it opens the Video/GIF in a new tab.
This extension has better performance and doesn't slow down twitter compared to other scripts that accomplish the same. Less code to parse, no hooks / prototype mods, no network requests, no MutationObserver, etc. It's also more resistant to changes on twitter's side.
