Restore gd, to delete an upcoming session, with auto-confrmation.

Restore functionality of gc and gb, by pointing to the current (2023-04-13, 14:39) spelling of the tag to "Book a session".

Fix `g5` and add `g7`, for toggling 50m/75m sessions.

Add contact for the coder I hired.

Use, instead, gd to delte a session.

Add gc = gb, in booking/creating a session, and add ESC to escape from the input box for "Book a session".

Updated indentation.

+ `gh` to go back to "home", and
+ Complete the automation for the "Book a session" card:
- Previously, `gb` jumps the cursor to focus on the text box.
- Newly added: upon finishing typing, pressing Enter in the text box also submit the card, by pressing on the "Book" button.

typo fix

Added `gw`, doing the same job as `gd`.
