A simple script to adjust the Isekaiscan Follows page to only show unread updated manga, if and when there are updates to show.

If there are no updates, then the full list is shown instead.

Probably works on other sites that use the Madara wordpress plugin/theme (and similar) but I haven't tested it.

Inefficiently implemented and pulls down jQuery, but it gets the job done.
