This script is based on ideas of the following 2 scripts to make twitter better:

Script expands the following hidden sections of each twit:
- "Show more replies" (not working on mobile browsers for unknown reason)
- "Show additional replies, including those that may contain offensive content"
Script hides the following useless sections:
- "Who to follow"
- "Trends for you"
- "Topics to follow"
- "Discover new Lists"
- "Open app"
These sections are not processed, because it seems they were removed by Twitter:
- "Promoted"
- "Promoted by"
- "Promoted Tweet"
- "Expand your timeline with Topics"
- "Set as not interested"
