Cleans up youtube live chat for simple spam - Repeated messages, overused emojis
Should do what it says on the tin - Remove duplicated messages from the Chat.
This should work with both native YouTube chat and the inline HyperChat extension.
I'm using the inline HyperChat extensions provided by LiveTL.
Should work on both LIVE and VOD video types.
