Adds ion storm protection level to "more details" ship window (click on ship photo)
With this addon installed, it'll appear Ion Storm protection info on the "more details" window. The formula comes from Stefan Reuther's Page on ion storms: http://www.phost.de/~stefan/ion.html
Please, take into account that the protection info is only valid for the next turn before making any cargo transfer. Cargo transfers made the turn before Ion Storm impact are not taken into account. I'll try to reflect this in a new version.
