Twitch has updated to use in-player ads, boo!

Unfortunately, some ads leave us staring at a placeholder screen for their duration. However, refreshing the page cancels the placeholder and resumes the broadcast.
This script simply detects placeholder ads and refreshes the page or for FFZ users, resets the player.
