Alters every text of all web pages to larger-text white-on-black appearance, to aid accessibility with poor eyesight such as myopia.

This script does 4 things to every element on any webpage:
1) It enlarges all text to 16pt size.
2a) It changes all anchor-links to blue.
2b) It changes all other text-containing elements to white text.
3) It changes every element's background to black.
4) It spaces out the lines of text, to prevent myopic blindness.
So a button and a paragraph will all change and appear black on white. Borders are unaffected, and scroll bars are unaffected.
I think white-on-grey is chic. You can tint the background if you wish...
This script helps me to read webpages. If you have myopia, macula degeneration or any *opia vision ailment, reading from a console is probably easier than reading a white screen.
But webpages such as facebook.com, vk.com and wikipedia.org will have complex webpages, which can't get fixed with simply setting the text-size to large in your browser.
If you regularly visit a webpage that this script is ruining (like the bank website), add it to the @exclude list.
