Throttles POW to every 10 seconds
(For v1 users! Remember to uninstall the old v1 Throttle POW tampermonkey script!)
Targeted for high-end computers.
Why this script? Well, the POW worker in Diep.io keeps on spewing hashes without limit. This can easily eat the CPU. That's why this script is used. This script will cause the POW worker to delay the send so that a minimum of 10 seconds has to pass in order to send the POW to the server.
