Upgrades the Nexus Clash navigation bar by updating the character planner link, separating "Game" from "Map", adding Google Doc map link, and including it on Wiki pages.

Nexus Clash: Navbar+

This script modifies the existing navigation bar at the top of most Nexus Clash pages:

Updates the existing Character Planner link to a more up-to-date version
Separates the first link "Game Map" into "Game" (keeping the existing link) and "Map" (which is Ultramap moved from the right)
Adds a new link ("+") to the Google Docs Map
Includes the navigation bar on Wiki pages (and moves the login/user links below this)
