align form with scan
* Automatically align form on https://www.zooniverse.org/projects/edh/rainfall-rescue/classify to scanned image
* Also allows to manually move and change height of form rows
* script calculates control checksum of months and compares to total (if values differ displayed difference is slightly imprecise due to float number behavior, but if sum is equal script detects it correctly without rounding errors)
