Add a button to remove videos watched with more than X percent from watch later playlist.

Noticed GitHub issue post has been removed, but latest version still does not fix. Script does not start/fire on custom playlists.
My bad, bug post is still up on GitHub. Unfortunately, script still failing to initialize.
Issue was on my end, now resolved, disregard.
Seems now to only be working on "Watch Later", no other playlists.
