create direct download links in SFSC
This userscript does only work on the "view all attachments" page.
To activate the "hack" you need to do a click somewhere on the page
that is NOT a link, this triggers the script which does following:
* add the prefix tag for SFSCextractor the the breadcrumb navigation,
so you can easy cut&paste it from there.
* it does modify the link to the attachment that you can right click
on the attachment and choose "save as" to directly download it.
(as the SFSC internal logic still does capture a normal click
on the attachment link it will still open the preview window)
