Adds geoportal.gov.pl overlays ("satelite view", cities, places, house numbers)

Skrypt wyświetla warstwy z Geoportalu w edytorze Waze. Wyświetlane warstwy to: ortofotomapa ("podkład satelitarny"), numery domów, nazwy miejscowości, pikietaż i przejazdy kolejowe.
Skrypt jest zbudowany na podstawie skryptu geoportal.gov.pl layers for WME without translating PROXY autorstwa Pawła Pyrczaka. Zaktualizowałem tylko wywołania API Geoportalu, tak zeby dostosować skrypt do zmian wprowadzonych przez Geoportal.

The script displays Geoportal overlays in the WME ("satelite view", house numbers, cities names, rail crossings, mileage bars).
This script is based on geoportal.gov.pl layers for WME without translating PROXY script by Paweł Pyrczak. I've updated the API endpoints in order to accommodate changes made by Geoportal itself, otherwise this script is unmodified.
The source file is hosted on Github, feel free to fork/update :-)
