Remove and hide the TVTropes "This is page #X you have viewed this month without ads" nag dialogs.
TVTropes recently added a series of dialogs that pop up at the bottom of each page, reading This is page #X you have viewed this month without ads", and asking the viewer to disable their ad blocker. These dialogs have randomly generated CSS class names, to resist blocking through ordinary adblock filter lists, and appear on and must be manually closed on every single page load. On mobile, they take up about a third of the screen.
I do not permit my browser to display advertisements, and I'm not going to be convinced to change that policy by sheer dint of repetition.
This user script watches for and removes the disable-your-adblocker nag dialogs on TVTropes, for people like me who have decided that they will not do so.
