Invite players and send SB+ directly from the map interface!

This scripts adds some handy features to the mapping interface, allowing you to invite via Hunter ID (map captains only), see the number of pending invites, perform a hard refresh, as well as click on hunter image icons to navigate directly to the Supply Transfer page with SB+ pre-selected.
