How to use:
Replace the 000000000000000000 with your server ID (https://support.discordapp.com/hc/en-us/articles/206346498-Where-can-I-find-my-server-ID for more info)
Go onto https://disboard.org/dashboard/servers .
Keep it open or it will not work (will refresh every 10 minutes).
IMPORTANT (for Chrome): If your tab keeps automatically reloading in the background ("Tab Discarding"), then all you need to do is to go onto "chrome://discards/", go onto the "Discards" tab, and toggle "Auto Discardable" on "Dashboard | DISBOARD: Discord Server List". Hope this helps any of you!
