This script has only been tested under Greasemonkey 4 but should also work on any userscript host compatible with the old Greasemonkey 3 APIs.
The settings dialog is accessible via a "Configure Sale Helper..." option which appears either in the page context menu (Greasemonkey 4) or the userscript menu (all other userscript hosts) on relevant pages.
I also recommend collapsing some of the filter groups in the sidebar so they don't force open a big gap below the results and above the paginator.
