Added the option to ignore profile messages or com-to-com messages, added the option to blacklist someone directly from a profile message or com-to-com message, added an option to replace a profile message or com-to-com message with a custom message, added the option to replace a profile avatar or com-to-com avatar with a custom avatar.

Fixed a problem where the blacklist button didn't appear when posts were set in ignore mode.

Clubs topics and posts are now supported

Added the ability to remove signatures, added the ability the remove the avatars when no url is passed. Ignore topic logic has changed, so updating from 0.4 to 0.5 will reset this specific setting.

You can ignore topics, you can choose to ignore topics and/or posts in the settings, you can choose to replace the post with a custom post, you can choose to replace the avatar with a custom avatar.

Prevent adding duplicates in the ignore list

Removed GM_addStyle (not supported by greasemonkey), replaced it with custom addStyle function.
