This will provide an inline tier chart for DotD on Armor games

This is an alpha version at best but the goal is to provide on screen tier chart for dotd. I plan to do it for armor games only but later may port it for the other servers. If it is functioning properly it should but a little button in the upper left of your screen that says show tiers. Clicking on it will actually show a tier chart. As of the first version it only shows one raid as I am still figuring out how to do everything.
