Features:
-There is a button named 'Append remaining posts' near navigation bar in both normal and print view versions of the forum.
-Clicking on it will append all next posts to your page while displaying progress.
-When script has finished it will pop a javascript message informing you that script has ended and it took x seconds to complete the request.
-Script works on all topic pages of mydigitallife forum.
