Improve MTurk dashboard's layout/style.

The new MTurk worker dashboard design is...interesting. For some reason the HIT Status section takes 2/3 of the page's width, and the other more important info is crammed into the remaining couple hundred pixels of space.
This is a simple CSS patch that adjusts the layout of the page a little bit. It'll probably break whenever they decide to update the dashboard, but I'll fix it as soon as I notice that it's broken.
It works nicely for my dashboard but I can't promise it'll work for everyone. It works with Dashboard Enhancer as far as I can tell, but I don't regularly use it so I won't know when/if it stops working with it.
