By default searches from the Windows menu open with Bing in Edge. If you install Edge Deflector you can choose to open them with firefox (or chrome if you like living under the all-seeing eye of our coporate overlords).

Then this script will grab the search terms and plug it into Duck Duck go, meaning you can even do !bang searches right from the windows menu, and you'll never see a bing search again.
