NOTE: You must scroll downwards at least once to start the endless loading of contacts. Therefore, if you don't see any vertical scrollbars (eg. if almost all contacts were invite-only removed ones), then you can either zoom in (eg. Ctrl + =) or resize the window smaller until you see vertical scrollbars, and then scroll downwards to begin endless contact loading.
