Hide items that are "Out of Stock"
Hide out of stock items in booth.pm website. The items can be displayed again, but it will be semi transparent.
Right now, it still has problem of not being able to automatically hide/semi-transparent items when you jump to next page. You have to refresh the page, sadly.
