- Giveaway level (added new column for level)
- Giveaway type (added new column for type)

v4 now supports SG++ and Ext SG Endless scroll

All the feature can be toggled on/off from the script (line 16-19). I haven't created a user interface for this.
Only request data for running giveaways. if you want to request data for ended giveaway too, change line 15 to true.
