Restore context menus on sites that try to disable them

For Firefox, to always enable right-click from browser settings, go to about:config(http://kb.mozillazine.org/About:config),
put in dom.event.contextmenu.enabled in the filter, and if it's false, double-click it to change it to true.
That will disallow websites to block right-clicking.
