Allows creation of csv ticket reports
Inserts a button into your ticket lists to generate a csv report based on the filters that you select. It will automatically handle multiple pages of results. Just set up your filters as you normally would, and click the "Generate CSV" button above the toolbar at the top of the list.
The data it collects includes: Agent, Date Updated, Company Name (uses requester name as fallback), Ticket ID, Ticket Status, Created date, and the ticket subject
