I just tried out that plugin to see the effect myself. It doesn't seem to affect the functionality of this script, so I don't think I'll be making any changes to address it. It does make the text of the button look a bit funny, but you can optionally uncheck "Shrink bars above the map" in the FU settings to get that bar back, while still using the other features of the FU script. Thanks for pointing this out though.
FU script ineterference
This looks like a really helpful script.
There is a script WME Fix UI that shrinks that black bar that you add the GIS button to. It makes the GIS button disappear.
