This'll fix logging in on chrome. It's not terribly graceful.

There might be issues with Chrome still suggesting logins for other rpi sites (i.e. healthforms, union), but at the least it shouldn't autofill stuff into the blanks and make it impossible to log in.

It also removes the type='password' from the RIN input since that's not really sensitive.
