Formats embedded tweets. RES cannot do this for technical and security reasons.
The Firefox version of Reddit Enhancement Suite intentionally disables Twitter's formatting code due to the addons.mozilla.org rules forbidding third-party script loading. Twitter normally sets up its formatting by injecting a script right next to the tweet, which then removes the unformatted version and replaces it with a formatted one.
I have only tested this on Firefox, as it is only necessary on Firefox. RES must be installed for this script to work.
