It is best to set WME KeepMyLayers to run first in Grease/TamperMonkey. In GreaseMonkey, you do this by right clicking on the script and selecting the option to "Execute first." In TamperMonkey, you must sort by the first column on the left (numbers) and then use the "sort" column on the right to drag the script to the top so that it has a (1) next to it. To use the script, you can begin by visiting the Settings/Preferences panel under the WME Layers menu or double-clicking directly on the WME Layers menu icon.
